# Launching Bitcoin’s Largest Mining Campaign to Ignite RGB

We’re launching a mining campaign for Bitcoin users worldwide, aiming to make it **the largest mining campaign in the BTC ecosystem**.

If your Bitcoin wallet holds BTC or has previously held inscriptions, Runes, or BRC-20 tokens, you can mine, subject to eligibility requirements.

**Already sold your inscriptions, Runes, or BRC-20 tokens? That’s fine! If your wallet previously held them, you may still qualify for mining.**

Mine Horseshoes to participate in the planned allocation of **up to 6% of the total future DarkHorse Token supply**.

The higher your mining power, the more Horseshoes you can earn over the same period.

This is our second major campaign toward bringing **100,000 users into the RGB ecosystem**.

## 1\. Who Can Participate?

**BTC holders and users whose wallets previously held inscriptions, Runes, or BRC-20 tokens can mine Horseshoes for free**, subject to eligibility requirements.

Supported assets include ORDI, SATS, RATS, NodeMonkes, Bitcoin Puppets, Runestone, Quantum Cats, Bitcoin Frogs, Taproot Wizards, Ordinal Maxi Biz (OMB), DOG•GO•TO•THE•MOON, MAGIC•INTERNET•MONEY, PUPS, and UNCOMMON•GOODS.

Each of these **14 assets adds an extra 200 mining power**, helping you mine more. Other eligible assets also qualify.

**DarkHorse Knights and Genesis Partners can start mining with a guaranteed minimum mining power**, even without any of these assets.

Complete the DarkHorse tasks, link your own wallet, and activate your mining power to start mining.

## 2\. What Are Horseshoes?

Horseshoes are a core asset in DarkHorse, earned through **tasks, referrals, and mining**.

We plan to allocate **up to 6% of the total future DarkHorse Token supply** to Horseshoe holders. Each holder’s planned allocation will be proportional to their share of the total Horseshoe supply.

**Horseshoes earned previously and through this mining campaign count toward the same balance.** The larger your share of the total Horseshoe supply, the larger your planned token allocation.

## 3\. How Is Mining Power Calculated?

Mining power determines your mining speed. The higher your mining power, the more Horseshoes you can earn over the same period.

### ① BTC

Every full **0.0001 BTC adds 30 mining power**.

Maximum from this source: **3,000 mining power**.

### ② Inscriptions, Runes & BRC-20

Each distinct asset adds **30 mining power**, up to **30 assets**.

Maximum from this source: **900 mining power**.

### ③ Designated Asset Bonus

Each of the 14 assets listed above adds an **extra 200 mining power**. Bonuses from different assets stack.

Maximum from this source: **2,800 mining power**.

**All three sources stack, giving you up to 6,700 asset-based mining power.**

Each Rune or BRC-20 token counts as one distinct asset, regardless of how many units you held. Each inscription collection counts as one asset, regardless of how many items you held. Inscriptions without a collection count individually.

**Past and current holdings of the same asset count only once.** Designated assets receive both base mining power and the extra bonus. For example, eligible DOG holdings provide **30 + 200 = 230 mining power**.

Only ordinary BTC balances count toward BTC mining power. Satoshis attached to inscriptions or Runes are excluded to avoid double-counting. Any remainder below a full 0.0001 BTC increment earns no additional power.

## 4\. Knights and Genesis Partners Can Mine Too

DarkHorse Knights and Genesis Partners receive a **minimum of 100 mining power**, so they can start mining even without qualifying assets.

### DarkHorse Knight

**100 minimum mining power**, plus a **10% mining boost**.

### Genesis Partner

**100 minimum mining power**, plus a **30% mining boost**.

### Both Statuses

**100 minimum mining power**, plus a **40% mining boost**.

If your asset-based mining power is below 100, we use 100\. If it exceeds 100, we use your actual asset-based power. Your status boost is then applied. **Holding both statuses does not double the minimum power.**

For example, a DarkHorse Knight with 300 asset-based mining power mines with **330 effective mining power**.

## 5\. How Much Can You Mine Per Day?

Each point of effective mining power produces an estimated **0.224 Horseshoes per day**.

- A DarkHorse Knight with no qualifying assets can mine about **25 Horseshoes per day**.
- A Genesis Partner with no qualifying assets can mine about **29 Horseshoes per day**.
- A user with both statuses and no qualifying assets can mine about **31 Horseshoes per day**.
- A user with 1,000 effective mining power can mine about **224 Horseshoes per day**.

**Rewards begin accruing when you activate your mining power and start mining.** No rewards are credited for time before activation.

Actual output varies with Bitcoin block times. Refer to the mining page for your current rewards.

## 6\. Invite Friends, Keep Earning

Every time a friend you invited claims mining rewards, you receive an additional **10% of the amount they claim**. When someone invited by that friend claims, you receive an additional **5%**.

For example, if your friend claims 100 Horseshoes, you receive **10 extra Horseshoes**. If someone they invited claims 100 Horseshoes, you receive **5 extra Horseshoes**.

**The platform provides these additional rewards. Your friend keeps their full reward.**

Each referral reward is rounded down to a whole number. Existing referral relationships also apply—there is no need to invite those users again.

Share your referral link and mining stats card to bring friends into the campaign. Task rewards and mining referral rewards use the same referral relationship, which does not change when users access the campaign through a different link.

## 7\. Each Round Lasts About 12 Hours. Unclaimed Rewards Are Burned.

Each round lasts **72 Bitcoin blocks, approximately 12 hours**. The minimum claim is **1 Horseshoe**, and you can claim multiple times per round.

**You must click Claim for rewards to be credited to your account.**

At the end of each round, **all unclaimed Horseshoes are burned**. They cannot be recovered or carried over to the next round. Rewards already claimed remain in your account.

**All users share the same round end time. Joining midway through a round does not give you a fresh 12-hour window.** Check the remaining round progress on the mining page and claim before the round ends.

## 8\. How to Start Mining

Visit the campaign website, **complete the DarkHorse tasks, and link your own Bitcoin wallet**. Then **activate your mining power** on the mining page to start earning Horseshoes.

DarkHorse Knights and Genesis Partners who have already completed the tasks can start mining through the same entry point.

Once you start mining, remember to **return and claim before each round ends**.

## 9\. Important Notes

**Only link Bitcoin addresses you own and control.** Future platform token redemption requires a signature from the relevant wallet.

You can link **up to 5 wallet addresses**, with signature verification required when adding an address. Eligible assets across your linked addresses count together toward your mining power, while duplicate assets count only once. Added the wrong address? You can remove it.

Each address can be linked to **only one account**. Each user also gets **one linked-address change**, which burns **200 Horseshoes**.

Each address’s on-chain history is **scanned only once** and is not rescanned after its record is saved.

Status upgrades, manual mining power corrections, and mining power reactivation after a wallet change take effect **in the next round**. Rewards already claimed are unaffected.

Abuse, including self-referrals across multiple accounts or repeatedly transferring assets to inflate mining power, may result in **account suspension**.
